What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the HQ Software company website at hqsoftware.app. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not apply to the products. RowHQ, SailHQ, KanuHQ, LevHQ, GateHQ and GlideHQ each have, or will have, their own terms, pricing and support arrangements on their own websites. Signing up to a product means agreeing to that product's terms, not these.

Using the site
You can browse this website without an account. You may not use it in a way that damages it, interferes with other people's use of it, or breaks the law. You may not scrape or copy the site's content for republication without our permission, though linking to any page is welcome.
Product descriptions and status labels
We try to describe each product accurately, and we label its status honestly: available, directory live, or in development. Those labels are our current position, not a promise. A product marked as in development may change before release, may be released later than we hope, or may not be released at all. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to a release date.
Product details, prices and features can change. The product's own website is the current source for those. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
Planned features
Where we describe a planned feature, we are describing what we intend to build. We give no warranty that it will be built, that it will work as described, or that it will be available by any date. Do not rely on a planned feature when deciding whether to buy a product.
Names, marks and content
HQ Software, RowHQ, SailHQ, KanuHQ, GlideHQ, LevHQ and GateHQ, the HQ mark and the logos on this site identify our products and our company. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or that you are connected to us. The text, images and code of this website belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use.
A directory listing on LevHQ or GateHQ identifies a business that has been listed. It does not mean HQ Software has certified that business, checked its qualifications or guarantees its work.
Links to other websites
This site links to our product websites and to a small number of third-party sites, such as app stores. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their content or for what happens on them, and a link is not an endorsement.
What we are not responsible for
