SportsHQ is where our sports club management software comes together. Most club management software is built for football, tennis or the gym and then stretched across every other sport. We keep each app focused on the work of its own clubs: rowing crews, sailing duties, paddling trips or gliding operations. The collection helps you find the relevant product without assuming that every sport runs in the same way.

Start with the activity
A rowing coach needs a crew and a boat for a session. A sailing organiser needs qualified volunteers on a duty rota. A paddling leader needs participants, a trip plan and equipment records. Each product page explains its own workflows so you can judge the fit before visiting the app.

Look at the people who will use it
Members, parents, coaches, instructors and committee volunteers have different jobs. Explore the relevant product's membership, attendance, payments and communication features alongside its activity tools, online and on a phone. Features described for one app should not be assumed to exist in every other member of the collection.

Check what is available today
RowHQ, SailHQ and KanuHQ have public product sites. GlideHQ remains in development. Individual features also have their own status: for example, SailHQ does not currently collect card payments or score handicap races. Follow the detailed pages for those distinctions.

Is SportsHQ another app we need to subscribe to?
No. It is the collection bringing the sports products together under HQ Software. Choose the individual app relevant to your club; there is no umbrella checkout on this website.
Do the products share a customer login?
Do not assume that an account for one HQ product gives access to another. Each app keeps its own website, access arrangements, support and commercial terms.
Where do LevHQ and GateHQ fit?
They are business products in the wider HQ Software family. They sit alongside SportsHQ rather than inside it, because their focus is specialist workplace and property services rather than sports club administration.
